While our humble beginnings may sound like the start to a good joke, what we bring to the table is no laughing matter. Our 14-share ownership team consists of doctors, lawyers, accountants, a technology professional, an interior designer and long-time business owners and restauranteurs, each with a unique perspective and skillset. When combined with a shared vision and passion for serving the good people of Woodbury and its neighbors the finest craft beers, eats, and libations, Tamarack Tap Room was born.
So what are we known for?
Whether it’s our beer list with over 70 rotating craft taps and imported beer, our juicy burger concoctions, weekend specials, cheese curds with blueberry ketchup, or our homestyle comfort food prepared by Chef Justin, there’s a little bit (or a lot…) of something on our menu for everyone. For all things beer, burgers, and bourbon; but it doesn't end there.

We want you to know that we take your allergy requests seriously. Although we promise to do our best, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination.
